European spiced with vinegar chilli and mustard.
Dry rubbed and smoked for 6hrs, marinated in our own bbq sauce and served with home cut fries and rainbow slaw in a light dressing.
SIRLOIN STEAK
350g prime beef served medium rare over mustard mash with steamed spinach and a red wine jus or with tossed salad, crispy crumbed fried eggs and jus.
PAULS CHICKEN PARMIGIANA
Panko crumbed chicken breast glazed with mozzarella in a rich tomato sauce on a buttered spaghetti, bacon + dusted with parmesan and black truffle powder.
BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN BURGER
Marinated thigh with guacamole, salad, chipotle mayo or hot sauce in a brioche bun with hand cut chips.

The portion and price was great (honestly couldn’t finish it between the two of us), but unfortunately the taste of the ribs was so-so (a serious lack of sauce and very dry).

It was just standard chicken wings with a few different dipping sauces (which seemed to be the same offered in all pubs). Nothing unique about it but the price was quite good.
