We had the standard pork and chives variant of the dumplings, and quite disappointed considering the restaurant was supposed to be famous for its dumplings.

The dumpling fillings was also quite inadequate (we usually love the dumplings that are filled with meat).

We actually order the ‘Guo Bao Rou’ version of the sweet and sour pork which isn’t on the menu, and I gotta say this is one of the best sweet and sour pork dishes in Wellington!

Really like this soy sauce based dish! Only the sauce is a bit salty at times, but this can be countered through eating adequate rice simultaneously!
